This Privacy Policy explains how AIlure, operated by the developer identified in the Google Play listing for the App ("AIlure," "we," "us," or "our"), collects, uses, stores, and protects information when you use the AIlure mobile application and related services (collectively, the "Service").

Videos uploaded for analysis are stored temporarily and are generally deleted after processing unless you choose to save a result or retention is needed for security, troubleshooting, or legal compliance.

Your fishing records and photographs belong to you. We process and store this information so that you can use the fishing-record features of the Service. We do not publicly publish your fishing records or precise fishing locations unless you specifically choose to use a feature that requires such publication.

If you purchase a subscription, payment processing is handled through Google Play and/or RevenueCat. AIlure does not receive or store your full payment card number. Payment providers may process payment-related information under their own privacy policies.

We retain account and User Content while your account is active. A deletion request disables the account immediately; after a 30-day deletion period, we permanently delete or anonymize associated personal information and User Content. We may retain limited information for the period required or permitted by law, including tax and accounting records, security logs, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, and backup recovery. Temporary analysis videos are generally deleted after processing.

You may delete your AIlure account from within the App or use the public deletion page linked in the Google Play listing. We may verify account ownership before acting on a public request. Account deletion becomes permanent after the 30-day deletion period and cannot be undone.

Depending on the location of our service providers and infrastructure, your information may be processed or stored in countries other than the country in which you live. Where required by applicable law, we will use appropriate safeguards for international transfers.

The Service may contain or depend on third-party services, including Google Play, RevenueCat, OpenWeather, Open-Meteo, AI/image-processing providers, hosting providers, and email-delivery providers. Third-party services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. We require service providers to process information only for authorized business purposes and to apply reasonable security measures.

The App may request permissions such as Location, Photos or media, and other device permissions required for specific features. We request permissions only when reasonably necessary. You can manage permissions through your device settings.

AIlure does not sell personal information to advertisers. We do not use precise location information for targeted advertising.
